Have you touched your suspension?
Does it happen when you hit a bump at an angle?
Could be sway bar end links, rear shocks

Check that everything is tight.

Also check that the noises aren't coming from your hatch, or sunroof. Those are also common rattle sources.

Could also be CV joints in the front.
Noises seem to travel. I've had a front wheel bearing go, and it sounded like rear tire noise.

Check your rear sway bar links, better yet check for any rocks wedged up into any areas it shouldnt be... I had a rock wedged up into my steering rack for the longest and I thought I had a serious problem but it was just a rock that found its way there...
