I'm new to this forum, and I have a 2006 n.b.m. tc dropped on tein s-techs. I'm running a 215/35/17 on the stocks. I heard somethin rubbing so I stopped at the next gas station, and I felt around and couldn't find ANY way that the tire could be rubbing. But there is a strip worn on the inside of both front tires, and sometimes it pulls to the right hard when I heard this rubbing sound..help?

 

u mean 215/45? thats the stock tires. they dont make 35 series on a 215/x/17. and as far as your problem, i think your camber/toe is off. rotate your wheels and get an alignment.

 

Is it rubbing when you hit a bump or all the time?
And yes they do make 215/35/17's.

I'm not quite sure when its rubbing, I imagine just bumps because its Arkansas' rough roads....

 

And it usually pulls to the right, in a moderate left turn...

 

damn, i just got shot down. hahahahhaha. i guess i was wrong.

 

soooo...? probably just a camber problem or what? i mean i just got new tires yesterday and im not rubbing at all...its still doing it. Could it possibly be a brake or suspension problem????

 

It's obviously a suspension or brake problem. Without actually looking at the car in person, there is almost nothing anyone can do to help you.

 

camber issue if its the inside of the tires. get an alignment, rotate ur tires.

 

Yea getting a alignment helped me out a lot
