Default wheel spacer ?

Hey guys, Im running 17x8 wheels with +46 offset and tein h-techs and i was hoping to get some advice regarding what size spacers to get to make the wheels sit flush with the fender without rubbing. I was thinking abt 5mm in the front and 10mm in the rear but i dont think that is going to be enough. Any suggestions?

i would think 5mm all around would be sufficient, and they currently do not make a 10mm, so you would have to go 15 at the least.

h&r, i have never heard of ichiba from anywhere else but this forum, and project kics is just an overpriced japanese brand.

H&R will be your best bet, they are about 70 bux for the pair and they come with the extended studs

if you get h&r's i found some for a pretty good price on www.setuning.com

it's a euro tuner site.. so just go to the vw mk4 jetta's since tc's use the same spacers as the mk4 jettas

No, they do not use the same spacer. Jetta IV has a 57.1mm center bore while the tC is 54.1mm, the spacers won't be hubcentric.
