i see the continental CSC3 is onsale at americastire.com for only $120
however they are the differnt size
i am wondering if i can put this size on the Scion tC stock 17" rim?

is this a good tire to go with?

ehh its an ok tire, way better then what comes stock on the tc wheels, and yes you can run that size of tire, i have them on mine and they fill out the fender's nicely.

 

quick question, is 225s the highest you can go on stock rims ?

its okay to use 225/45/17 on our oem wheels. with 235's you're pushing it a bit because its better if you have a rims that are 7.5 - 8 in width. stick with 215 or 225.

 

235/40r17 fit perfect!!! they are wide and the sidewall is no taller then the 215. by far the best look i was running on my tc for a while!
