I have used the Duplicolor wheel paint before. It works great. However here are some tips for ya. First rough up the wheel then spray it with primer, secont apply no less then three LITE coats and finally I did three good coats of clear. The clear will help bring out the color and also make it more durable. I had great results. I hope the same for you. It took me about t week to do all 4 wheels.

i would do 4 wheels at the same time. you have enough time in between each coats.
i did 2 wheel at a time. I rushed the first 2 wheel. They didn't not come out as shinning as my other two wheel.
I don't think Duplicolor 's silver will match OEM's color. Yellowxhoodie has been trying to paint his wheel back to stock. Here is his picture.

I used Rustoleum wheel paint in "Steel" color. My spare wheels were horribly painted so I stripped them down...but my first set to paint I just wet sanded them with 600 grit, then wiped with acetone, primed, and painted a couple light coats, then one much heavier wet coat. Cured it with a heat gun, then hit it with a couple light coats of clear and one heavier wet coat. This second set is looking awesome.
