so ill be going with 17x9 +35's Front and Rear. im going to be installing a 10mm spacer for the rears to make it flush according to this chart.

will 215's be too much of a stretch?? i know blktc threw 215's on his 10" wheel so idk if it will be bad for me

I'm looking at a set of wheels with these specs:
18x8 +24 and +12 for the rears.

Would I have issues with rubbing with a moderate drop?

maybe maybe not...moderate drop means nothing without telling us the brand of spring and size of tire you will be rubbing.

You could still rub on heavy dips/turns. It also depends on your front and rear camber, and fender modification.

flintmica2005 - 17x9 +35 will be pretty flush in the rear. I would run that size without spacers if it were me, but I am just not a fan of spacers lol. Running 215's would be okay, but why not run 255's! lol

17x8 +35 245-40-17

tht may work. I am at that in the rear but with +24 an 215 and with some camber i don't rub. plus i am a little lower than you.

Not sure if this is a body or wheel question, but I'm wondering what kind of wheel mods do you need to push wheels out to fit flush with the Extreme Dimensions Touring widebody kit? I know the stock fenders need to be shaved, but can you then just slap on some 9" deep offset rims, or do you need to put spacers on too?

Can you guys help me with a fitment? I feel that I may be very close to rubbing and I have had no luck through searching for this exact fitment.

I may be buying 18x7.5 et35 wheels on 225/40 tires. Im dropped on S-techs w/ tokico struts. Can I get buy without rubbing?

Anyone? I've already ordered the wheels, so at this point I'll be finding out. But if I do rub... I can just run some neg. camber and possibly trade the tires for 215... yeah?

Besides adapters, the answer is no. Just get wheels in the right bolt pattern.

Evening all,
I want to get 18x8.5 rims
offset +48
Bolt Pattern 5-100/114.3
Centerbore 73.1

with BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 225/40ZR18's.

I'm not sure if this is the right combo. I thought this would work but the company said a spacer might be required to avoid rubbing against the struts. Idealy i would like this wheel package flush, i dont have my '08 tc lowered and no adjustments to the struts.

I little help would be most appreciated. Please pardon my ignorance.

well spacer are defiantly going to be required if you want to make if flush. With that offset alone i am not sure if it would rub the struts.

so 28mm spacers for the front and rear to be flush? Will having the tires flush be a problem with those tires and if i'm i havnt lowered my tc?

no 4 to 5 lug adapters (that i know of.... besides custom) and that would be STUPID putting 4 lug wheels on a tC just get a 5 lug..... oh and with a 4 to 5 lug adapter youre probably looking at 25-30mm adapters.... which even i wouldnt run lol
