I am putting trd lowering springs (1.25" in the back & 1" in the front).....What size would I need to get 19's with no rub? I have no problem rolling the fenders.

Depends on width and offset.

I am wanting to get wheels. I have TRD springs, struts and shocks. I want 18's, looking at a mesh style. I want a flush look but am worried about rubbing and not interested in cutting or rolling. What size should I go with. Not sure how far I can go with the width and offset.

What brands should I look at? Is Tenzo or ADR any good?

In terms of a Tire I am looking at BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW 225.

I guess I just want to know what I need to know and what size is gonna look the best? First time buying wheels and tires and could use some help. Thanks!

You should be safe with 18x7.5 or 18x8 with offsets between 48-35.

No. Those wheels suck. You'd be better off with OEM wheels. Since you mentioned cheap wheels, you probably don't have a large budget. If I were you, I'd look at 5Zigen, Enkei, OZ Racing, G-Games, or Work Emotion wheels.

The KDW is a great tire. I'm thinking of getting it after my stockers wear out.

Not very. You can do it yourself if you're inclined. Just search for a DIY on here. And you'd be pretty flush. Example pic: http://img133.imageshack.us/img133/9...tork010fp9.jpg

PLEASE, no chrome on your tC! It looks so awful. I'm tempted to say Alba wheels aren't any good, but I've never heard about them before, so I can't say anything about them. If you're ever unsure about a brand, try googling some user reviews/problems with the wheels.

Since I don't know your budget, here's 2 inexpensive mesh wheels to spur your search: 5Zigen Sports Engine SC3000 & Enkei EKM3. If you have a bit more money, look into BBS wheels and the SSR MS1

35 is flush compared to 45, which is tucked (stock wheels are 45).
