see man. thats what i wanna do. go green.
went to the autoparts store a little while ago. THey have 854 different krylon paints and like 6 of them are High Temp. and the green is more of a forest evergreen tree color than Tein Green.
Could anyone lead me in the right direction...

When you first paint your rims take your time. Don't half a** it. I didn't take my time the first time and I'm looking to painting my rims again. Probably Black with a White "lip". I've had the rims painted for about a year and its held up very well for just being Engine paint.
*** I did this myself by the way.****
i did mine aswell well my friend did it and it came out amazing lots of people with tc`s asked me if i got them black as an option but i hit a curb on one side so it looks bad rite now im gonna go bronze very soon aswell

yup
i went to autozone and picked up SEVERAL cans of BRONZE WHEEL PAINT by duplicolor, and a couple cans of clear, 600, 800, and i think either 1000 or 1500 grit sand paper, this stuff that smells bad for cleaning all the sanding dust off, and err... i think thats it... lots of free time too. it might be a good idea to pick up a can of primer... although you dont have to.
just sand the wheel down wiht 600 grit paper first to scuff it up, then sand with the 800 to get rid of the lines from 600 (or you could just skip the 600 step lol), then clean with the smelly stuff (sorry i wish i could remember what its called lol), let AIR DRY for about 20 min, then lay your first coat of paint (make sure to use THIN coats to prevent running), the paint drys really fast which is one of the many things i like about it (another being that its VERY VERY durable paint, i was surprised), 10-15 min to dry, then another THIN coat... i did about 5 or 6 coats becuase i wanted the bronze to show really well... then i waited about an hour to make sure the paint dried well, then started clearing. after about 2 coats use the 1500 grit paper and wetsand in between clear coats to get a nice shiney wet look to the wheels... all in all i put about 4 coats of clear on each wheel. and they hold up great :D im proud of them... ill probly redo them after winter.

i hope my little run down a few posts up helped.
just remember to take your time bro.. this is not a quick job. and wheels are one of the first things people notice about your car. so take your time... plan on it taking 2 days partially, or 1 full day... morning to night.
