I guarantee you the majority of wheels in this thread were bought used. Therefore, didn't cost 2k+. And like FLINTstone said, if that rule was actually being followed, this thread would be flooded with Tenzo's.

 

I didn't make the rules and I did not make the title. You can clearly see in the rules that Tenzos are not allowed. So I highly doubt Tenzos would be a major problem. You can also see that Neb or whoever edited the rules, intended only rims above 400+. He created this thread and inserted those rules for a reason. As for buying the rims used. The rims MSRP is what should count. Not what you eventually paid for the rim. Someone could sell TE37s for a dollar.

His Gram Lights in his specs were mass produced. I was only going by what I remembered of what the mods and the creator had previously said of what belonged here. But since the guide lines are not followed as they should be, I guess its really up to members to decide what goes and what doesn't. I say no and some of you guys say yes. I just answered what was asked. Im not asking for a revolution. The owner asked whether they counted, I said sadly no.

I think the $400 is more a guideline. I have not posted my 5ad wheels in here because they only meet one of the criteria...cost, but they can still be purchased, and cannot be custom made. However the gram lights are now discontinued which does make them rarer, and are part of Rays which is a high end brand. Point is I think 2 of the 3 criteria are met here, so I'll allow it!

100 bucks says if i rocked those same wheels no one would say sh*t being that i almost got a set in gold a while back and everyone knew about it and even then no one said nothing..

...they belong here.. their resale value has gone down a bit.. it happens.. its still functional, and pricey, and meet other criteria... get over it.
