depends on the damage....but you should paint them...they would def look better

 

They purple I did looked really good IMO that was the color I was going to go with all the way around but I got lazy and I got a lot more looks with all of them a different color so I left it.

ok so i got 2 new stock wheels with good tires so im gonna start painting. how many cans of paint should i get? how many cans of primer? and wat grit sand paper. aswell as wat kinda paint? duplicolor wheel paint?? ALSOOO should i put a clear coat on it? sorry for all the questions jus wanna do this right the first time around

 

double post fail, sorry, SL has been weird as of late. It is a secret, some may get teh sneek peek others will have to wait.

 

-400 grit paper to sand the stock clear coat off.
-prime...about 1/2 per wheel.
-paint...duplicolor wheel paint or high temp.
-clear coat...I say do it...its your choice.

yes i am... the ones i have are 17's with a 50 series tire... i want 19's...

im leaning towards marcials goldies

 

or maybe just lower mine more!!! i need coils..lol these stechs arent low enough

 

ah cool, was just askign cause i have my split fives still, and thought maybe they could be a nice project, powder coating maybe

 

alryte so i got my paint and tsuff here in PA lol i went with duplicolor Graphite for wheels. but i only bought 2 cans of paint and 1 can of primer i dont think its enough maybe not sure. and i bought 400 grit and 220 grit i love this color..

 

i think i used 2 and a half when i did my 18's on my tc with duplicolor wheel bronze...

i used 4 cans to do the purple on my matrix

 

I guess ill jus paint the first 2 wheels I have at home and see from there how much more paint ill be needing ill be posting pics soon well sometime this week
