i was wondering which rim would fit the tire pressure sensor

Yea I think a better question would be which rims don't fit the sensors since a good number will

 

i have an 05 tC...i'm curious as to how the tire pressure system works on my car. B/c i ball b.s. my tires were between 3-4 PSI off and nothing. infact after checking manually and inflating to correct pressure, my mileage also went from 24/31 to 26/33

 

AFAIK, 07+ have actual sensors in the wheels where the 05-06 models use the ABS(?) system to check if all wheels are moving at the same speed

 

ok i just wanted to be sure...i wanted to get some rims but idk which ones didnt fit...

 

Yep, in 05-06 if the pressure drops evenly all around you will not get the light. On the 07+ I believe a drop in any single tire of 2 lbs will trigger the light.

 

well i have rims that don't fit the sensor and now my light is on... haha....i want rim that would fit it so that the light would turn off...i was thinking the Yokohama Advan RG2

 

How much do the sensors cost?

 

btw i have an 07 tc that come with the sensors on the rims
