Ok so im looking at getting sum new wheels for the summer and i like these TSW TSW Mondello Hyper Black. 18x8. The only problem i have is i've heard that they will bend really easily and i dont feel like going through all that. What does everyone else think?
well they're a fairly reputable brand but i mean they're bigger with a smaller tire. any wheel is going to bed if you do stupid crap to it. just be careful and drive safer and you'll be fine.
ive got some 18" TSW vortex's on and so far they are in perfect condition, i love them and yes they are a good brand of wheels. ive seen many tc's with TSW's i would only expect these to bend if you hit something hard or are driving stupid
My brother has TSW thruxton 18x8's and no joke he ran over a man hole that was missing it cover at 40 mph about a month ago. Didnt bend at all. It had some nice scrapes but no bends. I'm thinking about getting myself a set of TSW's.
Get a 40mm sidewall and you'll be all set. I myself have 18x8 TSW Thruxtons. From the looks/touch of them, they look like pretty good quality rims to me.
You shouldnt have to worry about bending them any more than you would with any other wheel brand.
