Default valve stem leaking

3 out of 4 of my valve stems are leaking and one of them is leaking air really fast. I have the Ray's valve stems (for volks/gramlight wheels) for about 4-6 years. I have been reading online that it may be the valve cores that needs to be replaced. If this is the case, would they fit on my Ray's valve stem if I were to buy them from a local autostore? And how would I go about going about replacing them?

a few years ago the valve stems on my SSRs started leaking. the metal valve stem was not the problem, but the rubber grommet between the valve stem and wheel was cracked and leaking air. I ended up buying new valve stems that came with new rubber grommets. If you're having the same issue, you can try buying new grommets at an auto parts or home improvement store. In that scenario you'll have to take the tire off to remove the valve stem and try to find a matching grommet at the store.
