Can't really give a definite number, there's too many factors that determine what width to go with. There's clearance with the suspension that needs to be considered(if running air then you might have to run a lower offset and/or add a spacer to clear), do you want to roll and pull the fenders, or just roll the fender to keep the body line unmolested, or skip that and get a widebody kit, what's the ride height you want to be at? There's likely a good bit of other things I've missed, it's not a simple task.
What are your plans???

^ agree. but as of what I know, 18x10 is probably the most someone attempted but I might be wrong. I personally have 18x10 and HAD an offset of 40 but that wouldn't work because it hits the chassis so metal on metal, which is horrible. I lowered it to 32 and it still touched the chassis. After putting a 15mm, it did the job. So~ i would imagine if someone attempted 18x11, off will need to be around 20

There's a few running 10" wide all around. I've seen one running 11" wide on a 17" wheel, the rear fenders were flared, which is what I personally do not want/like.
