Default Winter and Summer Tires

Hello all,

I had just a quick question about tire size for winter tires i went back to the normal 17" tire and i am going to be keeping my summer tires at 18" should i experience any issues with the car doing this or are there others that do this as well.

I wouldn't spend the money, but you're speedometer will need calibrating. I mean, the most it will be off by is a mile an hour or so...

but...

Yeah, you're good... enjoy your 18's in the summer and hop back to the 17's in winter.

Why not just get some ultra high performance all seasons and be good year round?

He's probably got some clean flossin' 18 inch rims he wants to keep straight and not rust up. It's not uncommon Toast man.

Not really clean flossin' 18" rims they were on the car when i bought it from the stealership, but i figured going back to original size in the winter would keep the 18"s all clean and nice in the garage. Not to Mention Discount Tire Gave me a new Set of Clean Lugs for the summer Tires so im stoked about that.

I wish to do the same thing. Blizzaks LM-60's for the wonderful Colorado winters on my stock 17's and get some nice 17's with good/serious performance for summer; possibly play with the math and get lower on the profile...205/40R17??? Maybe go back to Fuzion ZRi's for that size.
