Angry Black 2011 tc Horrible paint problems!!!

Has anyone else been having horrible paint problems with the 2011 tc? My paint started showing tiny little "bubbles" completely all over one side less than a month after I bought it and already had to be repainted once
This is going on the second summer I've had the car and it's doing it again! Walker Toyota is saying I need to get it Repainted again and I'm not happy about it! Some new car I purchased! This is not my problem I don't understand why after a year of arguing Scion or Toyota won't make things right and replace this nightmare! Take it off my hands it's your defective car Scion!

No it's not just the clear coat ..... bubbling from under the paint.
