Default DDM HIDs help

I just received my 35w 5000k HIDs from DDMtuning.

Installed last night and I noticed that my passenger side light is a bit angled too much to the right. Is this normal or can I fix it somehow by just moving the light?

Only happened once so far but both lights would come on and then passenger side would turn off. Would have to turn lowbeams on and off again.

Also, when putting the bulb in, it kinda just clicked in and I didnt have to turn it clockwise as I would for oem bulbs. Is this how it should be?

Did you cut the clear plastic o-ring off of the base of the bulb? I had the same problem with my first HID kit from DDM. Sounds to me like you haven't cut that plastic o-ring off the base of the bulb and you probably cracked the bulb.

Take the bulbs out and check to see if there is a clear plastic o-ring on the base of the bulb, right underneath of the orange rubber seal.

Yup. I took off the white ring.

I had to wiggle the bulb around a little for the orange ring to actually connect.

Did you have some trouble installing the passenger side cause of the white container was in the way?

After you cut off the white ring, you should have pushed the orange rubber seal down on the base of the bulb where that white ring used to be. I only had trouble with the passenger side because I didn't cut the white ring off, then I realized I had to. Take the bulbs out and see if there seems to be some "fog" inside. That's how I noticed I cracked mine.

If not, then call DDM and get them to warranty it

Mmks.

Were you able to turn your bulb clockwise like the oem bulbs or did you simply just stick it in and it locked itself?

Does the warranty cover shipping?
I just call them and they will send me a new one?

in my experience, if the lights don't seem to align correctly, the bulbs arn't turned tight all the way. the area behind the bulb should be perfectly vertical. if its slanted then it can still be turned further.
