I bought some drl's and having problems trying to figure out where to wire them to the fuse box. my dad and i tried pulling the fuse out and then putting the wire in with the fuse. Now every time you ground the negative wire it lights up without the car even being on. any input on this? my dad was thinking maybe wiring a switch but to do that you how would you run the wire inside of the car?

 

Secretly, there is a DIY which will tell you everything you need to know which is stickied at the top of the very area you posted this. It talks to doing the DRLs Audi-style, but the wiring is same no matter the type of light you're using.
