Default Factory Lowering/Rims

I know scion offers tons of products to customize your car..but haven't found any website to look up prices on factory lowering springs and scion rims. the rims im trying to get are the same exact rims as the stock 2012 rims but black and i dont feel comfortable painting them myself. I also want to lower my tc an inch but have the factory do it so nothing gets voided. Anyone know where i can find out?

it will have a new piece (for the foglights)

also you can't get black stock rims unless you own a RS7

I would consider having the tires dismounted and a local powder coater powder coat the stock rims black. Im kinda considering this for my 2012 nautical blue.
