any hood scoop, preferrably not Carbon fiber, not a big fan of the carbon fiber hood.

There are currently no non-carbon fiber hoods that have a vent in it. If you'd like you can get body work done on your OEM hood.

Just a off topic question, why do you need more cooling?

Hes having excessive heat issues under his hood. Due to variables and a turbo.

A hood scoop for our cars would only be functional to allow the hot air from inside the engine bay to be displaced somewhat when driving, which it wouldn't be all that much or matter. If you see hood scoops like on the wrx/sti or something like the roof scoop on an lotus exige, those go to or is meant to go to a radiator or intercooler.

If it's really more cooling you need for the turbo set up, a bigger intercooler and radiator with fans would help and some other things you should look into to help cool the other parts of your engine. Even try wrapping the exhaust or getting a turbo blanket if that's what you're worrying about.
