HID Scale
i keep looking at hid's but i cant decide between 8k and 10k so went around to look and found this picture, thought maybe it could help some others out that cant decide on what they want
that's a good visual for those that need it
when I was decided i basically thought of it this way...
3000k = yellow
5000k = white
and then..
6000k = slight blue
and each step up was just adding more shades of blue
...basically after 6000k is "how much more blue do u want?"

4300K is the brightest as far a visible light output.
Anything higher than 8000K will start to attract negative attention (read: police)
I find 6000K to be a great medium between color and output.
And yes, 55W kits will appear one temp lower than their 35W counterparts.
