So my bumper is a little flimsy, I believe due to the missing plastic underneath that helps hold it up is missing from a hit and run accident.

I replaced the bumper, but I want to make it not so easily pushed around, what do I need to get to hold it up again like normal?

You did not Specify What Year tC2 You Have.
And You did not Specify whether it is the Front or Rear Bumper was Damaged.

So, the Best thing you can do is Check the Parts List and Look Under your Bumper to Determine What was Damaged:

Sorry, I edited the post, but I don't believe its any of those parts, I think its like the under carriage or whatever goes underneath the car so I cant just push around my front bumper

Frame Side Member Reinforcement, Side Member Assembly, Gusset, Outer Rail, Outer Rail Support Plate, Torque Box, Center Rail, Center Reinforced....

No One here knows the Extent of the Damage to your Front End or Bumper Components.

Your Best Bet is to see your local Body Shop and get an Estimate.
