Default I need help with my 2011 scion tC

My second gen tC runs great when it’s cold, starts good, runs good, no rev hang, drives like how it should. When it warms up it stalls out coming up to stop lights, stop signs, turns where I have to push my clutch in longer than 1 second. It also makes a horrible grinding noise unless I put it in neutral and release the clutch while rolling. It’s also throwing the codes below. Thanks so much for your help in advance

P0302: Misfire in cylinder 2

P0303: Misfire in Cylinder 3

P0304: Misfire in cylinder 4

P0335: Crankshaft Position Sensor circuit A
