Just to throw this out there... Just installed Injen CAI... And I'm rockin a serious rattle at startup, sometimes when normal traffic accel... I tried adjusting that thing six ways from Sunday, I just couldn't get the clearance between the body and the lower intake tube to keep it off...

I'm just gonna throw a piece of rubber in there (like the isolator mounts that come w/ the kit) and hard mount down by the filter... Just thought I'd mention it to the community.

 

guessing you installed something wrong. atleast 5 people here have installed without any reported problems

 

i just go mine on today and i have no problem with it at all. it sounds sick! just look over how you have installed it and youll be fine

 

I dont know if he has anything for 2011 tc but check doctorisotope.com. For my 2010 I got an injen intake panel from him. Its a panel that holds the intake right where it starts going out of the engine bay. Looks better stops the intake from shaking which could start rubbing against the car and have the chance of the pipe breaking because of it. If he has something for a 2011 it should fix your problem

 

Ha! Just fixed this last night while I was doing front springs. Tweaked as far away from body as possible. Thanks for reminding me!
