Thumbs down Lazy start and lazy shifts

Hi! I just installed a takeda intake on my 2012 tC, unplugged the car from the battery, installed the intake, made sure everything is tight, put the maf sensor in properly, plugged the battery back in, so well the ECU can be reset and now the car is extremely lazy to start and is shifting extremely slow, i didn't have this on my old intake which i hated but now i do, the car is definitely quicker now but under 25mph the shifting is extremely lazy and the well on a warm startup the car is extremely lazy to start, i really need some help and input on how i can fix this problem or reverse it, i have an automatic tC, luckily i haven't had an CEL, and I've only driven 80 miles so far since resetting the ECU and the car has 46000 if that helps at all.
