Default Possible Electrical issue?

Hi guys,

2013 tC

Nearly every light comes on when I start the car, and when I put it in gear ( mostly reverse) it shifts very hard into gear.
Then, when I put it into drive it kinda of lurches a bit and feels as if the clutch isn't fully engaged on a manual, mine is an auto but that's all I can compare it to.

I have noticed that the radio volume isn't what is used to be, and even a few times I have noticed it dips in volume.

Had the Codes pulled:

P0500- Speed Sensor
P0717- No Signal
P0793 Shaft Speed Sensor

First thing I did was replace the battery, it was the original. But the lights..etc all came back.
Then had the mechanic replace the speed sensor in the transmission. Worked for about 2 weeks and now the problems have returned.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Just talked to my mechanic and he said after 10 hours of diagnostics he believes it's the Transmission Control Module.
Said it was corroded, they cleaned it and tested a few times and it keeps throwing all types of codes, but he strongly believes that is what it is. I tend to believe this guy, because he stated he couldn't do the repair, and I think most would attempt it to get the money.

So, anyone else have this issue, and what was your costs?

I'd test the TCM cable for continuity and visually inspect the plug and socket for cracks, bent pins etc.

Might be worth a second opinion from a Toyota dealership.

Update:

the dealership is saying that the TCM looks ok but they can't replace it, because Toyota doesn't make them anymore, and used one is not an option because each computer is car specific.
Meaning, it can't be fixed.
So now I just wait for my transmission to implode?
can anyone confirm about the TCM
