dumb question but putting this turbo on would void the warranty on the new Tc correct?

 

most likely unless decendant works out some sort of deal so that this is a dealer add on.

They'd need to make more of a "deal" to get this compliant. This would need to meet crash test standards and CARB compliance.

It could happen, but so far Toyota hasn't got there own TRD Supercharger compliant for new vehicle sales, so this is even more unlikely.

 

DESCENDANT tC2 C.A.R.B. Turbo Kit will be available summer 2011 but it will be a COMPLETELY different kit.

the car was completely stock it shocked everyone there even the honda guys...believe me i was there.

 

wow so the 2nd gens are a tad under rated. nice.

 

A tad? Assuming even 15% drivetrain loss, that puts the car at just over 225hp at the crank. That's 45hp more than they stated in press release.

is it just me (i understand this is with decendent exhaust) or does the exhaust note sound fuller and deeper than the first gen with an aftermarket exhaust.
I say this cause iv just about heard em all and the second gen sounds close to say an sti. IDK its prolly just me
