Default Blown fuses!!!

I have my fog lights installed and hid conversion kit for my foglight. But my foglights comes on when I turn on the headlights, but my panel lights wont come on and cannot turn the foglights off. When I replace the panel fuse, all the panel lights work but when I turn on the foglights the fuse blows. I don't understand why maybe the hid is 35w. If I don't replace the fuse and have no panel lights would my wires burn from the hid? Any help would be grateful

You are not grounding something correctly or have mis-connected your HID wiring somewhere; all + and - wires must not touch.

You have messed up your wiring somewhere. Check your wiring again.

Before anyone says a relay harness is necessary; it IS NOT as long as you don't tap directly into your batter positive terminal for power.

But in your case, a relay harness would have saved you all this hassle. hehe

Wells I have just plug the fogs without hid and it seems to not wanna work on low beams. Fogs only turn on parking light. Which seems odd, im guessing the switch or relay is messed up in this case. Any ideas?
