a lot of people have done it...the first that come to mind are either jtk2 or MightyP

give them a PM for detailed instructions. i know they posted it somewhere on the forum before...but dont remember where.

i think it was something like...pitching the ends with tweezers and then they split apart easy, then remove the paint...like with nail polish remover...and repaint...with modeling paint maybe? yea those guys know better

i was the first person to do them on a tC2 afaik..

take apart the needle, carefully remove the clear plastic part, and scrape off the orange crap off.. repaint, and reassemble the needle..
