Noise from passenger side of dash only in cold weather..

Noise from passenger side of dash only in cold weather..
If this has been asked, or discussed please let me know. My 2016 tC makes what sounds like leaves in the blower motor when it gets at or near freezing temperatures. (36 degrees or below)
The weird thing is even when the A/C is off or on it does this. This is the only time this noise happens (roughly about 10 minutes then goes away).
I even made a sound clip and let the dealership listen to it. They only could advise me that I'd have to drop it off prior to a cold snap, try to diagnose and listen to it for themselves.
Worse case scenario is a tac case would need to be opened and I leave the car there.
Has anyone else experienced this with a 2nd Gen tC? If so what was the outcome?
