Hi folks,

I need to transplant my VIP security system from one Scion tC, to another. I won't be doing this through the dealer. Is this something I should be able to do by myself without much difficulty? I've glanced at the TRD Sparks PDF which describes the installation process in detail, and it at least seems do-able. Anyone got any tips? And how about the second half of the project: installation into the other tC. The instructions seem to imply that I don't need to go to the dealership to have them program the computer. Is that right?

Any help would be appreciated. :-)
