I have one from http://monsterknobs.com/ installed on my MT and even without the lock out cut out i can get the car in reverse, and don't pay attention to the warning under the photo, you cant see the threads when its installed like the picture shows

I just bought this same **** the other day. All I can only say great things about it. It gives the interior a very nice look while the fit and finish is excellent. It is also a weighted **** and makes every shift perfect and easy. I just wish I would have bought it a long time ago
