Hi Guys

I was driving out of my neighborhood, then suddenly i head a loud bang on my window. I thought a rock hit me or something but I was going so slow only 40-50 km/h.

I went out my car to check and I saw this:





I was reading online about some tCs having the same issue. Its unfortunate.

Can I still drive my tC like this until I get it repaired? I'm concerned about water getting in my car or messing it up more.

Exact same thing happened to me. At this point, it's looking like a warrenty problem.

 

We carry Comprehensive on our insurance for glass breakage and such, it's really cheap here in NC.

"Comprehensive car insurance doesn't cover it all. But it does cover a lot. If you have any concerns about hitting an animal, theft, vandalism, or glass damage, consider upgrading your policy by adding comprehensive coverage."
