As I suspected, Eibach website is inaccurate. The TRD is adjustable. Do you think the Eibach is equal to the highest performance setting on the TRD? Both come with poly bushings? I'm running Sportlines already. Trying to decide if I go with Eibach or TRD for sways? Looking forward to your review and it would be helpful if anyone could compare TRD vs Eibach.

Eibach's website it correct. The front sway is adjustable and rear is not. And just looking at the pictures of the TRD sways, it appears only the front sway is adjustable on that too.

From what I understand, the Eibach sways are just thicker than the TRDs, though I'm not sure how big the TRD sways are.

Doh! My bad. You are absolutely correct. Thanks for setting that straight.

The TRDs Front and Rear are 25.4mm and 28.6mm respectively. According to the review in Dsport magazine which is a difference of .4mm from the Eibach ones which are listed at 25mm and 29mm.

It also lists the stock Front and Rear sway as 24.2mm and 22.0mm rear, so you gain quite a bit of girth in the rear, and just over 1mm in the front.

You can find the sway on their website or go through a dealer. Aaron and I got ours through Vivid Racing, the retail side of Agency Power.

No... Still running the H-Techs and I will be until you get me the front TRD springs you owe me!

Anyway, had a great time racing this last weekend. Aztcrs801 and I did a few laps at Firebird International Raceway. Our local SCCA had a Mother's Day Shootout where you get 3 practice laps and the 4th one counts. It's great if you're one of those people who can make your 4th lap count. Apparently I am not. Below are 2 videos. First is my third and fastest lap. Second is my lap that counted. It also happens to be my slowest lap and I managed to hit 2 cones. Ugh. And if you look down a little farther, you may notice we had a new friend show up at the event...

I will say the FR-S doesn't have a backseat worth mentioning, but it really is a great looking car. Pictures don't do it justice. My only complaint is the interior comes with red trim and stitching on the seats and steering wheel, even though the car is blue. It looks a little weird.

Honestly, I choose the Tc2 over the frs as well

Also, they don't color match the stitching to the car? That's surprising

red = sporty...and urs suppose to feel sporty inside no matter what you look outside

frs = track

tc2 = dd

its all a matter of what your looking for. (unless you just about the hype or the latest and greatest...then yea frs wins out)

it's all about what's relative.

if i had a choice i'd own both cars and call it a day

It's been a while and I finally have an update. Alas, it's not a bunch of new mods. After much research and debating, I've decided to retire Agent 99. She's been good to me, taught me a lot, but it's time for me to move on. There are a number of reasons, but what pushed me over the edge was the cost to properly turbo her. For much less money, I can get a brand new WRX with 4 doors, AWD and better handling than a turbo tC2. I will miss her, but all things have to come to an end. This hasn't happened yet. I'm actually waiting to hear for sure what 2013 will bring for the WRX before I go out and buy one, so I'll have my tC for a little while still and will still be on the forum some even after we part ways. What can I say? SL is the best forum!

Anyway, I tell you all this because I will be parting out most of my mods. I'm working on a list, but my mods are listed on the first page. PM me if you're interested in something.

Here's a short list, though I may be forgetting something:
- Exhaust
- Intake
- Short Shifter
- Shift cable bushings
- Rear Sway bar
- Motor Mount
- TRD springs (had planned to swap my Teins out for them)
- Mid Chassis brace
- Rear strut brace
- C-pillar brace
- Anything else that's worth the time and effort for me to remove from my car!

Descendant Exhaust. I'll be honest, I'm somewhat concerned about selling this to someone cross country mainly because I'm not sure how I'm going to package it up. If you're really interested, PM me and we'll discuss it.

I would like to get your mid chassis brace for sure, and since Scioncop already called the rear sway I will leave that off, BUT, if he does not come through, Im all over it. Also, the TRDsprings, are they new or used? I know you never installed them on your car, but I did not know if the guy you got them from had used them.
