I have a 2011 scion tc and the radiator fans are not running. The inside cabin air blows and gets hot and regular temperature but not cold. The a/c light on the dial also lights up. The line also does not get cold. Any idea what could be wrong?

 

I'd figure out why your fans aren't running before you worry about the A/C...
