Elusive Cargo Cover

I suspect this cover isn't worth the $100+ asking price.

I suspect, I could probably make something similar for less than $30 in materials! (wood dowel, some fabric, some elastic bands. retaining snaps)

Yeah, I bought it online and I was surprised how low qualitly looking it was, I wish there's a custom one I can get.
