Haha I drove to and from work today but thats it. I'm actually kinda waiting for my cars ecu to learn its new conditions before judging it. I disconnected the battery during the install so the ecu has a clean slate. A few more days man!

well to me the only thing that matter is the added noise as you already know haha
how is it in the city/hiway
how unbearable is the slow climb from 2500 to 3000 rpm?

Haha true. Like I said earlier, it's definitely not nearly as bad as a catback. Unbearable definitely won't come to mind when you hear it.

The difference is that catbacks (at least for this car) make the exhaust pitch deeper, which causes it to really get inside your head on the inside of the car.

This header doesn't make it deeper...it just makes it a bit louder (maybe even a bit higher). And since that is the case, I just notice a moderate increase in noise at the rear of the car that doesn't "take over" the entire cabin.

That's my noise review after two drives. Today, I'll actually purposely put the car through that slow climb to 3k rpm just to confirm what I've said.

@ Chicago
I took the before clip with the TRD exhaust and Takeda intake at 7pm before doing the install, but it was past 1am before we got done! I just didn't wanna be obnoxious in my friends neighborhood doing revs at that hour haha. We are going to get back together this Friday and do the after clip.

@Druidiron
I paid just under 500 shipped. They currently have the pice reduced to 479 plus shipping for the promotion. Regular price is going to be 529 plus shipping after the promotion is over.

After you went HAM on the wheel/tire setup I believe it! THAT was money well spent though. The price/performance ratio for the headers is looking debatable at this point.

Yeah from what I hear losing weight in wheels is huge. Well that is certainly my next move! Once funds reappear, what is your next move?

Cool! It looks better than it does in high voltage. I've been spending a lot of time playing the game (to compensate for not being able to drive my car). So far I've built mine, the shutterlit owner's car (teal rpf1's), and a version of blackmamba (with nt03's). I bought 10 tc2's yesterday.

We should make a thread for owners here to post their car renditions, or their dream version of their car!

Please do. I have always secretly wanted the RS7 in bright red with white multi spoke wheels. And gold multi spoke wheels. I think that would look awesome.

haha thanks man...the wheels are a brand that I'm not entirely familiar with. I just picked them because I'm a big fan of simple 5-spoke wheels and they look kinda (but not really) like the FiveAD R5:F. And they are 20s with 265 tires all around lol.
