The Row is count of the actual rows of heat syncs counted vertically. More rows=Taller.
Depending on the application of the driving 10-20 rows is plenty for the tC. Biggest recommendation I can make is getting a thermostat controlled cooler if the car will be daily driven as well. Oil that is too cool will not protect the engine to the same extent as oil that is too hot.
