Question problem with high beam fitment

hey guys, so i got some new nokya hyper yellow 9005/HB3 bulb size for my tC. I just got them and i tried fitting them in my high beams which is size 9005, but they dont seem to fit. i can put it in but i cant turn it to lock it. for some reason, i think its either thicker or something is wrong? I tried putting back my OEM and it was easy to go in and lock. Did anyone else experience this problem with the nokya lightbulbs? This is for highbeams. any help would be appreciated, thanks!

They're probably just bad quality bulbs. If they're bad quality bulbs then sometimes they're thicker and don't fit 100% correctly

yea i bought these off ebay x_x so im gonna try to return or exchange.. i looked on amazon and someone did make a comment about the same fitment issue for a different car... cant believe it happened to my car tho... he said he just sanded it out with a file and it fits, i dunno if i should do that or just do a return/exchange..

well, i tried it again and i kinda forced it hard into there. now the driver side fits, but the passenger side is really tight so i only half-locked it. hoepfully that doesnt damage anything or break anything

best to make sure it locks/seals...if not water/moisture/dirt can get in....which will be a pain to remove

maybe try switching the gaskets... put the stock bulb gaskets on the new bulbs.
