Default Wheel spacers

Is anyone here running wheel spacers? or has a wheel setup up of 18x10 +38?

Im thinking about replacing my "JuNC" ebay wheels for some Enkei RPF1s. I've had my eyes on them even before i bought my current wheels, but the only size they really have that is close to what i want is 18x10 +38

The only thing i'm worried about is the wheel being that wide and the offset being bigger, it might rub the suspension components. I barely have any room for my current setup of 18x10 +30. Plus I like the look of the wheels being totally flush with the fenders so i'm leaning towards getting spacers with them as well. Just trying to get some feedback/ideas before things get official
