2011 Scion tC 6-Speed Clunking noise when turning..
Hi there, just joined the thread, and also just recently purchased a 2011 Scion tC with 91k miles on it. I knew some things were wrong with it when I got it, like brakes, tires etc... But about a month after I got it I got a transmission flush from the dealership, and they said my axle and struts were leaking.
I did confirm that they were leaking and got it fixed somewhere else. Now I assumed that would have fixed the clunking noise that was coming from steering the wheel at a dead stop. It did stop the leaks, but it did not stop the clunking. I have stuck more money into this car more than I would have already liked to.
Any suggestions on what it could be would be great. Thank you so much!

Clunking when turning can be a number of things, from a loose/bad end link to a ball joint, strut mount, tie rod, etc. Hard to diagnose from a thread, but youtube has a bunch of videos on this (ericthecarguy has a good one that covers a lot of different sounds) that might help you narrow it down. The good news is the whole front end parts are really cheap to replace individually.
