Default Tires!!?

So my stock Yokos are finally ready to bite the dust. Looking for replacements now that its time to take off snow tires. Need good wet handling-- lots of highway driving in the rain to and from work, and needs to be able to handle early and late season light snow, but nothing serious.
I'm stuck on these two, any opinions?

Set of 4: $744.00

Set of 4: $580.00

Not sure if the Michelins are worth the premium-- I'm sure they are a better tire-- but worth $150 more?

I don't know what your links are to, but the best tire for this car for regalur seasonal weather, wet, dry, snow, whatever, are the Hankook Ventus's... fvck Michelin for sure.

Not sure why the links didnt work...
But yeah-- def Looking at Hankook Ventus s1 noble2... other tires are the Michelin Pilot sport AS/3
Any other good tires in the high performance or greater all season tire category are welcome with at least 40k mile warranty.

No. I'm sure your links work, I just didn't bother clicking on them. Hankook Ventus's hands down. No need to look any further. I'm sure a million guys on here will chime in with what tires they have how great they are, but screw all that. Get the Hankooks, you'll be very very happy.

Continental DWS, I am running those and wet/dry traction is absolutely great. However, they're pricey.

Thanks for the help guys.
Another question, have 55k on the car & have been swapping rims and tires every winter for snow tires. Is a front end alignment a good idea, or a waste. Seems to be fine for the most part

With tires, I say get an alignment for sure. Swapping different set ups multiple times as well will be a cause to get an alignment as well. But regardless, new tires, get an alignment. You'll want them to last as long as possible. Don't throw your money away. Spend money to save money.

I got a set of Conti DWS and I love them, definitely worth getting for sure and will be getting another set when they wear most likely next summer or winter 2015

I worked at a dealership for years and continental is absolute garbage. Maybe there higher end zr rated tires might be decent but any of the all season tires we used to deal with were garbage. Even a brand new vehicles you'd see cupping and shifted belts after a few thousand km.

I just recently replaced the stock tires with the Hankook S1 noble2 and it's noticeably quieter than the OEM. The tire also seems to give the car a more comfortable ride quality, I think it has something to do with the sidewalls. Haven't driven on snow since I live in So Cal., but they seem to have good grip in the rain.

I'm no tire expert but I'm very pleased with how they feel for daily driving and the occasional spirited-driving. Bought a set of 4, including install and alignment, for $700 at American Tire Depot.

Hey look, more contradicting on how great a tire is, and then how sh.tty that same tire is. I told you people would come on here and muddy this up. Get the Hankooks. No questions asked. I got your back on this one.
