What color is this?
What color wheels are these?
They don't look exactly teal, as I dislike the glossy dark teal on cars.
Some transparent blue color?
I love them on the Cement tC and really want to do this exact color to mine.
I've been going by this.

I've figured it is either Jacks Blue, Sky Blue, Dormant Light Blue?

^ I agree. The blueberry blue on that site looks like it might be a little better. Its a much more dominant blue color it seems. I think the one you're looking at is a little too metallic for me but that's just me.
