New tires? The wheels themselves shouldn't have done anything. And the rear camber is supposed to be negative from the factory. But only like -0.5 to -1 at most.

From what I have seen so far around the forums, the rears are at -1.5 on the driver side and -2.5 on the passenger side from the factory. you may just be noticing it now cause the wheels are new and your looking at them. As for the alignment being off, either the tires are messed up somehow(under or over inflated on one side), or your alignment was already off.
