Hey Guys, finally bought some HID's and didn't like the way i would have to mount the ballasts so i decided to make some trays to at least clean up the bay a bit. let me know what you think.
















what i want to do later is buy some stingray metallic paint and color match the trays.

 

did you use the sticky pad and stick it onto the trays or you just let the ballast sit on it? I have mine stuck on top of the fuse box and on the side wall tied with zip ties to a hole. i ain't crazy about what it looks like under my hood xP

 

no sticky tape. i just used the mounts that came with the HID's. one of the mounts was a little loose so just closed a bit. yeah i didn't like the way i was going have to mount them like you said so i made these. they stay in place pretty well and it looks descent.
