Default Mudflaps

I just got an 06 XA, and got a set of mudflaps from the dealer for the rear. Toyota doesnt show any for the front, and before I install these wimpy ones, I am curious as to what kind others have used, and where I can get a molded set for the front, and maybe matching for the rear. I am new to this forum, so any help is appreciated.

The '04/'05 xA came with fronts from the factory with the rears as an option from the dealer. For the '06, the rocker panel area was redesigned so Toyota didn't bother making new front mudflaps. However, the rears are still a dealer option. I have the rears and have been looking for a decent setup from the front. So far, nothing though.

BTW, I took a close look at a wrecked '04, and the fronts from that vehicle would not fit the front of the '06.

That makes absolutely no sense. FWD cars barely need rear flaps at all, why bother?

That's not true. mudflaps work regardless if a car is FWD or RWD. When the wheels roll they kick up muds, snow and other road junks into the rear bumper. Although not as much as the front, but it's mud regardless.

I am in the same situation. Actually I was told the mudflaps were all 4, then they were installed and I was like "what!". I already have tar on the lower side....
