Hey are the Parking lights in the headlights on all the time? Do they go off when you have the headlights on for driving or do they go off?

reason I ask is cause I see poeple with different colored parking lights on there Tc's and REALLY want to do them red but don't wanna get stopped

 

Parking lights stay on all the time. Don't do them red. They look really really stupid and you'll get pulled over quick. I got yellow ones for mine and I love them. I have a black car so with the yellow parking lights and 6000k HIDs, they look great. It looks like I have mini-fogs or something.

 

Hmmm, well I HATE yellow with my Salsa Red Pearl xA, why I am clearing my headlights of hte yellow piece

hehe, I have a really red theme going on. But if they are on all the time I will just maybe get brighter hyper white types or maybe with a bit O blue.

Thanks for letting me know about this so I don't have to waist my time and money on the red.

 

ive been runnig a blue one for a little over a year and no problems yet. i also have silverstars so they drown out most of the blue at night when they are on

 

Cool, sounds good. We Californians have to be a bit more careful than Texans and the laws are allot different than the rest of the states.

But I have seen plenty of what your talking about so I think I might do this

What # silverstars are you using? I want them REALLY white! but not Really blue Parking lights can be a bit blue

 

Just go to Super Autobacs or any tune shop and get some white LED ones.

 

Been to Pepboys and Autozone, they don't carry them. Autobacs is way down in orange county.

 

Go to Japan Town or something. There's gotta be stuff up there. I'd give you my old bulbs but I'm in the OC.

 

Hahaha, LOL. I am just gonna wait till I get a paycheck on a Job I did and order the Headlight/Parking lights and some other stuff online.

I am sick of going to these shops and installing stuff that sucks like the red dome lights

Don't get me wrong I do go to OC at times but not for a parking light alone

I cleared the headlights, put in clear front bumper markers, put in chromed amber lights in the markers and blinkers.

I also installed 7000K H11's for the fogs and H4's for the headlights. Last but not least I put blue LED's for the parking lights

 

I hope you don't get pulled over. Blue LED's gets people pulled over so quickly and 7000k is pretty blue for headlights.

 

With the headlights on the parking lights are VERY faint blue. The headlights are VERY white and have a blue tint.

LOL thanks! I am slightly paranoid more now after heyitzdrahcir commented. But it's done now and I am not gonna change em untill I get stopped or put in brighter lights.
