Default Vis CF hatch for xA

so has anyone seen this. It's listed on their website. I want to get it, but don't know if i'll be able to transfer over all the lights and windshield wiper from stock. And if anyone does have it, could you post pictures.

I contacted VIS asking for pictures but they said it is custom ordered so they don't have pictures. I think the person I spoke with was just saying that because they didn't wan to look into it. I am guessing it would have the wiper hole shaved

yeah, i was a worried about spending that much money on something sight unseen. And with Vis fitment kinda iffy, maybe they didn't make any good enough to take pictures of.

Haha, that is prolly it. I was pretty luck with them. I bought a VIS racing carbon fiber hood ad it fits perfect, but 4 of my friends hoods didn't. The fitting was terrible on them. Quality control is awful with VIS.

my friend has a civic with a vis hood and hatch. the hood fits well, but the hatch didn't fit at all. It's zip tied on and he had to drill holes to get it to fit. That's why I'm so iffy about getting it.

a hacth is harder to make fit than a hood. so if vis can barely get their hoods right, and your buddies hatch isn't right, I would never spend the amount of money VIS wants for a hatch that no one has seen pictures of, no one has ever had on their car, and no one at VIS will give any information about it other than that they " make " the cf hatch for our xas.

i never got it. the price shot up from $650 to $850 and i cant justify that kind of money for a hatch that nobody knows if it fits or not

Geeez us. 850 for a product that they don't even have pictures of? I don't think anyone would go to that price for a " maybe it works out" product. Even at 650 VIS is pushing it. They should give you a deal since I am willing to bet no one has ordered it yet. lol
