I need the programing directions for the xA dealer installed keyless remote

Go to the sparks toyota site, they have the pdf. One reason I have yet to buy one as I can not follow directions and am afraid I will screw up activating or arming the system for the very first time.

i have power locks but no remote entry if i bought the remote can it be programmed for my car or is there more to it then just the remote i have to open my doors with the key and i can lock the doors with power from the inside?

No, you need the brain box to have rke. It splices into the power locks, lights and a few other systems when you install it.

Just remove your dash board use the pass through connectors where necessary and there you go.
