Default Blower Fan Replacement

HAs anyone here repalced their blower fan in thier scion yet? If so how hard was it to do? Mine quit work about 3 weeks ago I checked the fuses and everything was ok. AC comes on but of couse does not blow unless I'm going down the highway. I bought an OEM blower fan from go parts and tried installing it yesterday, but I just don't have a clue what comes off and how to take it off.
Somebody was kind enough to email a PDF manual for the car, but it's not really very detailed as far as the blower fan goes.Any feedback is much appreciated.
